Once the availability will be checked, Elena will send you a confirmation email. Your room will be secured as you provide a deposit equal to one night rate for staying of 3 nights maximum, or the 30% of the total amount for longer staying.

Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation please contact us by email within 30 days prior your arrival. In case of no-show or late communications the deposit will not be given back.
