Children under 12 are exempt from this tax.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>During the stay:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the B&amp;B.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Breakfast is served every morning in the dining room from 8:30 to 10:00. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances so we may serve you better.<\/li>\n<li>In compliance with Public Safety regulations, access to the B&amp;B is prohibited to outsiders. Failure to comply may result in the immediate removal of the violating guests without refund.<\/li>\n<li>For safety reasons, guests are not allowed to use any kind of stove.<\/li>\n<li>Room cleaning and tidying are carried out daily. Towels are changed every 2 days and bed linen every 4 days. More frequent linen changes must be requested and involve an extra payment of \u20ac15 per change. If you feel you do not need towels or sheets changed this often, please let us know.<\/li>\n<li>Each bathroom is equipped with cleansing milk and makeup remover pads; please do not use towels to remove makeup. Towels damaged by makeup or other substances will be charged to the guest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Upon departure:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-out must be completed no later than 10:00.<\/li>\n<li>Upon request and if available, on the day of departure the room may be kept until 17:00 by paying a \u20ac30 supplement. After 17:00, by paying the full room price, the room will remain available until 10:00 the following day.<\/li>\n<li>After check-out, luggage may be left in the common area; this deposit is not supervised.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Ethical Code<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/>\n<strong>L\u2019Olivella promotes eco-sustainable behavior: we guarantee relaxation and genuine products while caring for the environment.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We invite you to maintain conscious and responsible behavior regarding waste reduction, hoping this attitude will accompany you not only during your stay but also once you return home.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In the room:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remember to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the room.<\/li>\n<li>Do not use the air conditioner with open windows and turn it off when not needed.<\/li>\n<li>Bed linen is normally changed every 4 days; if you believe your sheets do not need changing, please inform our staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In the bathroom:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We use natural, non\u2013single-dose soaps.<\/li>\n<li>Use water responsibly.<\/li>\n<li>Towels are normally changed every 2 days; if you believe yours do not need changing, please inform our staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>At breakfast:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Breakfast is served buffet-style and you may help yourself as many times as you wish; please put on your plate only what you will actually eat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Saving electricity and reducing waste helps lessen our impact on the planet!
